We provide comprehensive psychiatric and wellness services for children, adolescents, and young adults, including ADHD evaluations, care for anxiety and depression, OCD, mood disorders, and specialized eating disorder psychiatry - specializing in whole-person care, with telehealth psychiatrist appointments available throughout California. Using an integrative approach we offer root cause evaluations and functional medicine support.

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations: $550 (1 hour and 30 minutes)
Follow up care and previously established patients: $250 (30 minutes)
Ongoing mental health care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and more

This Bountiful Life Nursing Corp. is currently out-of-network with all insurance plans. We charge the self-pay rates outlined in our Fees and Services. Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
